We enjoyed a wonderful launch day for these 1920s gates at Duke’s Meadows in Chiswick. For years they had with corroded ironwork and damaged bricks - and restoration is just complete. The project has been supported also by the Duke's Meadows Trust, Hounslow Council and the Ironmongers’ Company.

Local school children got a chance to learn about blacksmithing as part of our Proud Places programme and the gates opened to a brass band fanfare!
